How exactly does per-minute billing work?
You deposit a balance (crypto accepted). Phone sessions are billed at $0.015/min (Pay As You Go) or $0.010/min (ZeroPass members). Datacenter proxy is included in the per-minute rate up to your daily data cap. OTP numbers are charged per verification at separate per-code rates.
What does the datacenter proxy limit cover?
The included datacenter data (500 MB/day PAYG, 1 GB/day ZeroPass) covers all traffic generated by your cloud phone during active sessions. If you exceed the cap, premium residential or mobile proxy packs are available separately for purchase.
Can I run multiple phones simultaneously?
Pay As You Go supports 2 concurrent cloud phones. ZeroPass supports 5 concurrent phones. Enterprise or higher concurrency is available — contact support.
Does ZeroPass include phone time or just lower rates?
ZeroPass is a membership that unlocks features and lower compute rates — it does not include a bundle of free phone minutes. You still pay per minute from your deposited balance, but at the discounted ZeroPass rate of $0.010/min instead of $0.015/min.
What payment methods are accepted?
Crypto is the primary payment method. USD-pegged stablecoins and major cryptocurrencies accepted. No credit card required.
What is the OTP verification pricing?
OTP numbers are priced per code and vary by service and country. Global Verification starts at $0.50/code (guest) or $0.35/code (ZeroPass members). Pricing reflects real SIM costs in each market.
Are there refunds if something fails?
Yes. You are automatically credited if: a phone fails to start, an OTP is not delivered, or a proxy IP mismatch occurs. Daily charge caps prevent unexpected overages. You only pay for sessions that work.
